So this week i am determined to plan at least two of out five nights together. I haven't seen him since thursday morning and i'm feeling very domestic and mother-ish. Don't worry. It won't last. Tomorrow night it's pizza, mainly because out local amazing pizzeria is closing on friday night and i need to get my fill while i still can. Another issue in this is that i have one of the fussiest children ever. Nothing with sauce. Nothing with visible bits of tomato or onion. And yet i am the comfort food Queen. Nothing nicer than a rich beef stew with shallots and red wine. Yum. But not for Dude. Weird kid. So my plan for this week is this...
Italian Meatballs, followed by Chocolate Fudge Shortbread!
If they work out, i'll post the recipes. He's eaten meatballs before. The sauce might be an issue but with the addition of a blender, we may get some success!
